I took a self-defense class over the weekend. It was a great reminder of things to look out for or things to do. So, I thought I’d share some of their tips. And, these things are good for women, men, and children.
An incomplete list
Some packaging tells you the portion size, but that doesn’t always help, and few people are going to pull out their scale (if they even have one) or their measuring cups to judge perfectly. Learn to judge your portions by sight and by comparing to things you know.
So many people see the issues as black and white. I thought I would spend the day trying to document the things I did in black and white photography.
