2 ounces coconut rum
1 ounce Midori
3 ounces pineapple juice
Place in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into 2 chilled glasses. Add 1/2 tablespoon Chambord (it will sink to the bottom) to each glass (Makes 2, 165 calorie servings)
Crush a cinnamon stick. Pour 1 cup 1 % milk into a small saucepan, add cinnamon, and scald. Spoon 1 teaspoon honey into a mug. Strain milk and stir into mug. Add 1/2 ounce rum (155 calorie treat)
10 ounces pomegranate soda (such as Izzy) with 1 1/2 ounces of vodka (197 calories per beverage)
According to a study in the British Journal of Nutrition, people who drank a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice a day increased their HDL (good cholesterol), by about 10%. So, make your cosmo with 1 oz Vodka, 1 oz Cointreau, Cranberry juice, and small dash fresh lime juice
Honey Raspberry Martini
1 oz Chambord
1 oz honey vodka
1 oz lime juice
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into crushed ice-filled rocks glass. Top with more crushed ice. Garnish with two raspberries.
Chambord Candy Apple Martini
1 oz Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
1 oz vodka
3/4 oz apple schnapps
Splash of Tuaca Liqueur or orange liqueur
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass rimmed with caramel. Garnish with an apple slice.
