Dessert party

This Football Party Dessert Spread is so easy and everyone will love it! Whether you’re headed to someone else’s party and need to pick up something really quick, or if you’re hosting your own football party at home, this spread will be a huge hit with all your guests. This easy dessert spread even works if you’re headed to the game and want a dessert tailgate spread. It’s that easy!

Where to find football M&Ms

You can pick up all of these items at your local CVS store and make it really easy on yourself. Especially if it’s “one of those days where you just need something easy”, and stopping at CVS is just the thing to make your day a little more convenient.

These M&M’S Milk / Peanut Chocolate Candies Game Day Mix are exclusive to CVS stores, and only available while supplies last, so make sure to be on the lookout for them; you’ll find them on an end-cap dedicated to the special mix mix. Check the CVS store locator here.

Football!

Aren’t these football themed M&M’S just the cutest thing! You know I love football, and I was so excited to get these. Some of them have footballs printed on them, some have helmets, and others have goal posts. I even went through the bag and collected my team colors! Go Team! (Can you guess which team that is?)

Customize it

The other thing I really like about this Football Party Dessert Spread is that you can customize it to your likes! Serve your favorite hot fudge sauce. Not a fan of one thing, leave it out. Like more caramel sauce, buy two jars.

Take a look around CVS and pick up some cool dessert spreads. But, I definitely recommend getting both peanut and plain M&M’S for this. My house is a house divided, and if I came home without any peanut M&M’S, I’d be in trouble! But, I’m a big fan of the plain! So make sure to pick up both to keep all the party goers happy!

Pie Crust Cookies with M&M’S dippers

My full Football Party Dessert Spread including Pie Crust Cookies with M&M’S dippers includes the Pie Crust Cookies, which only take about 15 minutes to bake.

My dessert dips and spreads include caramel sauce, blackberry jam, marshmallow fluff, peanut butter, and hot fudge sauce. All the sauces simply take a few seconds in the microwave to heat up, then pour them in a pretty dish to serve. Take a look around the store and see what other fun dessert dips you can create.

For the Pie Crust Cookies, I used store bought pie crust dough, rolled it out flat, cut it into diamond shapes, sprinkled a little sugar on top, and baked them up in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Easy Peasy!

Dip away!

Then, dip away! I think my favorite combination was the cookie dipped in marshmallow fluff and topped with M&M’S. Oh, but the peanut butter and hot fudge topped with M&M’S was also delicious! I made a fun PB&J combo topped with M&M’S. Oh and… well, you get the idea! Have fun with it. Try different combinations. Let your creative spirit go free!

I used to have pie crust in my freezer all the time when I made it. I love the ease of having pie crust ready to go and this is a great idea for a quick snack on tailgating!!
