Healthy foods seem to be becoming more important to people and to our society. I hear more people doing their own cooking because they think it’s healthier, not to mention that it’s tastier!

Simply changing the placement of a school’s salad bar can cause a spike in veggie consumption. Check out this article (and I love the photo-shopped picture at the beginning!). It also seems to increase sales of school lunches.
I think lots of these changes are due in part to Jamie Oliver. His message is great & he is so much fun to watch because he’s just so vibrant and genuine. Like he says, “go out and try something new”.
