I cooked so many things yesterday so that I could take pictures of them. I only have 4 shots left to get! Woo Hoo! So, without further ado, here’s yesterday’s menu…
menu:
breakfast: plain yogurt with honey lemon marmalade
lunch: a big spinach salad with red peppers, leftover barley, shredded carrots, and topped with roasted chickpeas (sort of like crunchy croutons on the salad)
dinner: red beans and rice (cookbook stuff)
