I did lots of cooking yesterday. And, I got 4 more pictures taken for the cookbook. Yippie! I had to warn Dan that there would be lots of food in the ‘fridge, and to be careful when he opened it. Mostly what I ate yesterday was stuff that I made for the cookbook. I can see the end of the process, and I’m so excited.
menu:
breakfast: cinnamon rolls (happy cinnamon roll Friday!)
lunch: Red potato and tuna salad accompanied by roasted chickpeas
dinner: Baked Spanish rice with chick’n
dessert: fudge… yummmmm
