4ouncescrumbled Feta cheese
2ouncescream cheesesoftened
Fresh oregano for garnish
Instructions
Place the drained red pepper, feta, and cream cheese in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until desired consistency. Garnish with fresh oregano if desired.
Notes
Refrigerate any unused portion.Make this dip and store in the fridge until ready to serve, up to 7 days before you want to eat it. Making it in advance will enhance the flavors. Just give it a stir before serving it if it has separated at all.Recipe makes about 2 cups. A serving size of dip is traditionally about 2 tablespoons. So you should get about 16 servings.
