With no mayo, you can feel great about eating this heart-healthy yummy treat! Of course, having the most fantastic tuna ever really helps make it amazingly good!
Place the avocado in a medium-size mixing bowl, and mash with a fork. Add the tuna (breaking up any large chunks), and green onion. Mix together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper if desired (I didn’t think it needed extra seasoning).
Spoon tuna salad onto bread, topping with lettuce and tomato, and finishing with bread, making 2 sandwiches.
