  • 3 tablespoons butter plus additional for buttering the pan
  • 40 large marshmallows
  • 2 cup puffed rice cereal
  • 4 cups crushed graham crackers plus additional for garnish
  • 6 1.55 ounce Hershey’s milk chocolate bars, unwrapped and broken into pieces


  1. Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add puffed rice cereal and crushed grahams. Stir until well coated.
  3. Using buttered hands or a spatula evenly press mixture into the buttered. Cool.
  4. Place chocolate pieces in a medium bowl, and microwave on high in 30 second increments, stirring after each time, until completely melted. Pour melted chocolate over graham mixture, and spread evenly. Garnish with additional crushed graham crackers.
  5. Cut into squares.
