Mexican Spiced Ranch Dip

  • cup Tomatillo Salsa
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro stems included, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered garlic
  • 1 container 16 ounce sour cream
  • 1 package 1 ounce ranch dressing mix


  1. Place the Tomatillo Salsa, cilantro, and powdered garlic in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Add the sour cream and ranch dressing mix and pulse again, until smooth and creamy.
  2. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow for the flavors to get to know each other.
