Peanut Butter Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup homemade granola
  • handful of fresh fruit of your choice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, peanut butter, and honey.
  2. Place about 1/2 cup of the peanut butter mixture into each of four parfait glasses. Top each with about 1/2 cup of fruit and 2 tablespoons granola. Enjoy!
