I’ve been on a bit of a cinnamon kick lately, and specifically this Cinnamon Dolce Latte Syrup. It's a delicious copy cat version of the Starbucks drink that you can easily make at home.
Place all ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat, and let simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, and let cool. Remove cinnamon sticks.
Mix with club soda, seltzer water, or coffee, and serve iced or hot.
Keep syrup in the fridge in a tightly covered jar for up to 1 month.
