Cinnamon Dolce Latte Syrup

  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • ½ teaspoon instant espresso


  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat, and let simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, and let cool. Remove cinnamon sticks.
  2. Mix with club soda, seltzer water, or coffee, and serve iced or hot.
  3. Keep syrup in the fridge in a tightly covered jar for up to 1 month.

Serves 16 (I figured about 3 tablespoons per serving, but this may change depending on your sweetness preference)
