finely chopped, seeds and membranes removed if desired

Instructions
Add all ingredients to the bowl of a 2.5-quart to 4-quart slow cooker. No need to mix them, just drop them in. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
Stir corn dip, and continue cooking, covered, on high for 1 additional hour.
Spoon Corn Dip into a serving bowl, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
