Sweet and Soy Glaze

  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Whisk ingredients together in small saucepan. Bring to boil over medium-high heat; simmer until thickened and reduced by about half, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm.

Recipe Notes

Makes about 1/2 cup, and you may have more glaze than you need for your fish fillets
