Maple Soy Sauce

This is great over chicken, pork, or tofu. Also, if you cook the protein in the sauce, it will thicken, and become a glaze.

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • ΒΌ teaspoon crushed red pepper


  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
