Peanut Sauce

This sauce is great for peanut chicken (marinade, or pour over after the chicken is cooked). It’s great as a dipping sauce for cooked veggies. Also, try over pasta or rice.

  • ½ cup vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup smooth natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons chili paste with garlic
  • 2 garlic cloves minced


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Stirring frequently, cook over medium heat about 5 minutes, or until smooth. Remove from heat.
