Crock Pot Herbed Almonds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • ½ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 1 ½ quart slow cooker. Cover, and cook on high for 1 ½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes, until nuts are fragrant and toasted.
  2. Serve warm, or allow to cool.
