This Asian Plum Chili Dipping Sauce has a well-rounded flavor. It’s sweet, but not overly sweet, with a nice spicy kick to it.Want to make more? Use the servings slider to easily adjust the amounts.
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender, and purée until smooth. If sauce is too thick, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, up to ¼ cup. Sauce will thicken as it stands. Serve with any Asian foods, like eggrolls, pot stickers, fried rice, whatever you like!
