3cupswhole unblanched almonds(raw almonds with their skins on), about 12 ounces
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 275° F. Line a jelly roll pan (a cookie sheet with edges) with parchment paper, a Silpat, or aluminum foil sprayed with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy. Add liquid smoke, garlic powder, and salt, and whisk until blended. Add the almonds and toss until well coated.
Spread the almonds evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the center of the oven for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, and let cool for 1 hour.

Smoked Garlic Almonds can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
