Simple to make, no bake, Key Lime and Grilled Pineapple Parfaits are deliciously sweet fun to make and the perfect light dessert to end your summer grilled meal.
Brush the sliced pineapple with Torani lime syrup on all sides, and place pineapple onto the hot grill. Grill until nice caramelization and grill marks start, and flip to grill all sides.
Remove grilled pineapple from the grill, and cool a bit so you can chop into small bite sized pieces.
Make the cheesecake filling:
Place softened cream cheese in a large bowl, and with a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend cream cheese so it starts to get fluffy. Add lime juice, Torani lime syrup, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Continue to blend until well combined, and soft and fluffy.
Layer 2-3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of the serving glasses. Top with lime cheesecake filling.
