This is the simple and Classic Corn Casserole that’s been around for years. It’s a great side dish with a delicious sweet cornbread base, that’s a cross between corn soufflé and a creamy soft corn pudding.
1package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix or other brand8.5 ounce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Combine all ingredients and spread into the casserole dish.
Bake 45-60 minutes or until the center no longer jiggles, and the top is nicely browned.
Notes
Makes about 8 servings
The ingredients can be doubled and baked in a 9x13-inch baking dish in almost the same amount of cooking time.
This is a great dish to make ahead of time. After baking, just cover it with aluminum foil. Simply pop it back in the oven when you’re ready for it.
