This Two Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge is super easy to make, and so delicious. Creamy, peanut buttery, chocolaty, and perfect for making an easy snack at home anytime.
Line a dish with container with parchment paper, and set aside.
Place peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 80 seconds (remember microwave power will vary, please keep an eye on your fudge). Stir until the chocolate chips are melted into the peanut butter. If after a minute of stirring the chips are not all blended, microwave again for 20 seconds, and stir together.
Pour the mixture into the parchment lined container. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Cut into pieces.
Notes
Store this fudge in the fridge. It softens up quite a bit if left on the counter. If you cut the fudge into about 1-inch pieces you'll get about 64 from the 8x8-inch container. 2-inch by 2-inch pieces will give you nice big slices, and will yield 16 pieces. Of course, how many pieces you get will depend on how big you cut them. It's up to you how big you cut them.
