Air Fryer Salmon is a quick and easy way to cook crispy salmon, with lovely seared edges and a perfectly tender flaky center. Ready in less than 20 minutes total, this healthy low carb & low-calorie meal couldn’t be easier to make!
Place the defrosted salmon skin side down on top of a small piece of parchment paper.
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels.
Rub each fillet with olive oil and season with spices, rubbing the spices in.
Place the seasoned salmon on top of the parchment paper in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes. Cooking time may vary slightly depending on this thickness of the salmon and the brand of air fryer.
Open the air fryer, and check for desired doneness with a fork. You can return the salmon for another 1 or 2 minutes as necessary.
