8.8ouncepackage Biscoff, digestive biscuits, or Carr’s Whole wheat crackers
¼cupchopped unsalted roasted peanuts, plus additional for garnish
8ouncesmilk, dark, or white chocolate, melted
Process the biscuits to a fine crumb in a food processor. Set aside
Heat the sweetened condensed milk, butter, sugar, and peanut butter together in a saucepan over a medium heat until everything is well combined. Remove from heat, and add the crushed biscuits and the chopped peanuts. Mix well to combine.
Scoop mixture out into tablespoon-sized balls, and refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes.
Using your hands, roll the scoops into balls, and dip into the melted chocolate, or drizzle with chocolate if desired. Garnish with some chopped peanuts on top, and place back in the fridge to set the chocolate.
