2tablespoonsgrapeseed oilor other light tasting oil
1/4cupgranulated sugar
1/2cuppopcorn kernels
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
Instructions
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat, then stir in sugar and popcorn.
Cover and shake the pot continuously until the popping slows to once every 2-3 seconds. Remove from heat, and continue to shake the pot until the popping has stopped.
Sprinkle the corn with salt, and pour the popped corn into a large bowl (or a couple of large bowls). Allow to cool while stirring occasionally to break up the large clumps.
