Preheat oven to 450 degrees. If you have a pizza stone, preheat the pizza stone in the oven.
Spread the flatbread with a nice smear of Enchilada Sauce.
Top with a handful of Pepper Jack cheese. Next, place your toppings on the cheese, not too many, or the pizza could get soggy. Carefully place the flatbread pizza on the preheated pizza stone, or place the flatbread pizza on a cookie sheet and into the oven. Bake at 450 degrees for 7-9 minutes, or until the cheese has turned golden brown and is bubbly.
Carefully remove from the oven. Top with sliced avocado and green onions.
Slice as desired (these flatbreads I simply cut in half so we had two nice big pieces). Devour!
Notes
I didn't put measurements on these ingredients, as individual tastes vary.
