Did you know that you can get deliciously roasted Corn on the cob in an Air Fryer! And it takes a fraction of the time to roast it compared to the grill.
If necessary, cut the cobs of corn to fit your air fryer basket. Cob ends can be trimmed or cobs can be cut in half as needed. Remove the stems (or handles as I like to call them as well).
Drizzle the corn with oil and spread the oil around the whole cob with your hands. Or, spray the entire cob with oil spray. Season with salt and pepper.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400° F, about 5 minutes.
Lay the cobs flat in the basket. Don’t stack the cobs; they should lay flat and have their own space in the fryer so the air can move around them.
Air Fry, using the root vegetables (the carrot setting) at 400° F for 15 minutes, flipping half way (the shake reminder function will let you know when).
Cook until kernels are tender and lightly browned.
Add butter and herbs to taste. If you add butter first, it might burn, so it’s better to add butter when you eat it.
