Mocha Caramel Sauce
This easy to make Mocha Caramel Sauce is so good. It makes a nice big batch of sauce, but let me warn you, you may have to make another batch because it’s so good and it’ll disappear so quickly.

Ingredients

cup
packed dark brown sugar
½
cup
unsalted butter
cut into smaller pieces
¼
cup
whole milk
4
teaspoons
espresso powder
2
teaspoons
dark cocoa powder
1
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Place all ingredients except vanilla extract in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Boil 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat, and carefully stir in vanilla extract (sauce will bubble up a bit when you add the vanilla, so be careful).
Notes
Pour over ice cream, cake, pancakes, anything your heart desires. Heck, eat it with a spoon!
