Air Fryer Potatoes are a quick and easy side dish for every meal, from breakfast to dinner. Crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, potatoes have never tasted so good!
Chop the potatoes into 1-inch cubes, and put them in a bowl filled with cool water for 30 minutes to remove some of the starch, otherwise they can burn in the air fryer.
Drain the potatoes, and pat dry. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt, toss to coat.
Preheat the air fryer to 350° F. Once hot, place the potato cubes in the basket, and cook for 15 minutes.
Give them a good shake and then turn the heat up the heat to 380° F, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove potatoes from the air fryer and taste for salt, adding more if desired.
Notes
You can double the recipe and use 2 potatoes, however, they won't be quite as crispy
