These easy Stove Top Ranch Carrots are a great family friendly side dish and go with just about any main dish. They’re even great as a snack on their own.
Rinse the carrots under cool tap water, and drain well.
Toss carrots, oil, and ranch mix in a bowl until combined.
Place a large skillet over medium heat. Once the skillet is hot, add the seasoned carrots and ¼ cup water. Bring the water to a boil, cover the skillet, and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid, and cook uncovered 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally, until carrots have browned and softened a bit.
