You know I love football parties and tailgating and snacks and all that yummy food. But, sometimes it leaves me feeling like I haven’t eaten anything healthy all day. So I like to start the day off on a healthy note, and at least I know that whatever I do the rest of the day I had a good healthy breakfast. It makes for a #FeelGooder part of my day.

Just package them up in a small Tupperware or a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid, and throw them in the cooler. They’ll be there at the ready when you want a healthy tailgate snack. Though, I might suggest that you make a few extras for your friends, ’cause they’re gonna want one too!

- Almond Toffee Crunch
- Bing Cherry & Almond

For the Breakfast Parfaits. use your favorite flavor of Greek Yogurt. I used coconut flavor. Vanilla is another of my favorites. And, keep in mind that plain and vanilla tend to be lower in sugar than the flavored ones, so they are a great option to choose for breakfast!
- 5.3 ounce Low-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1.41 ounce Perfectly Simple Roasted Cashew & Dark Chocolate Bar cut into small chunks
- 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped toasted unsalted cashews
- Strawberries sliced
- Place yogurt in bottom of glass. Add Perfectly Simple bar pieces, top with cashews and berries. Devour and enjoy!
