Recover Crispie Crumble

  • 1 ½ cups crispy puffed rice cereal
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oatmeal dry
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond oil coconut oil, or light tasting oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Lightly coat a 9x9 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the cereal, oatmeal, and protein powder together in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix together the wet ingredients (oil through vanilla). Pour the wet ingredients over the dry, and gently mix to combine. Scoop the mixture into the baking pan, and lightly press down to even it out.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crisp and golden brown.
