The Piña Colada on Coconut Rocks is a fun summer drink that you’ll love to sip on while sitting at pool side. With pineapple juice, coconut milk, and rum, it’s the classic summer drink, with a little twist!
Pour the coconut milk into the ice ball tray, filling the entire bottom of the tray ¾ full with coconut milk. Press the top of the tray until the coconut milk squirts out the holes. If you need extra coconut milk to fill the ice balls, use the funnel to fill up to the top. Place the ice tray into the freezer for 4-6 hours.
Slowly twist the tray on all four sides to break up the ice balls.
Place frozen ice balls in glass. Pour rums and pineapple juice over the coconut ice balls to fill the glass. Garnish with pineapple slices and paper umbrellas as desired.
