Gingerbread Spice Mix
Homemade Gingerbread Spice Mix is quick and easy to make, and the perfect addition to your holiday baking and beverages!

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1½ teaspoons ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
Instructions
- Mix all spices together in until well combined. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
Store any unused spice mix in a sealed airtight jar in a cool dark place for up to a year. Spices can lose their potency, and though this will last longer than a year, it may not be as flavorful after that.
