Miso Roasted Broccoli
cut into florets, about 3 ½ to 4 cups
light olive oil
white miso paste
Preheat oven to 450 °F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Place the broccoli florets on the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix oil, miso paste, and garlic powder. Using your hands, rub the miso mixture into the broccoli florets, and spread the broccoli in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast for 10 minutes, or until broccoli start to brown and smell fragrant.
