1head of broccolileaves peeled and halved lengthwise

Instructions
In a large, deep skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Once hot, add the broccoli, cut side down, and cover. Cook over medium-high heat until nice and brown on the bottom, about 8 minutes. Add the water, cover and cook until broccoli is tender and the water has evaporated, about 7 minutes.
Drizzle the remaining oil over the broccoli, and sprinkle with the garlic powder and red pepper flakes. Cook uncovered, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
