Easy to make Strawberry Almond Cream Cheese is rich, decadent, and full of delicious cheesecake flavor. It’s a quick way to add lots of fun to any breakfast or brunch, and it’s great as an afternoon snack.
Place almond paste in a food processor, and process until it’s very finely ground. Add cream cheese and powdered sugar; process just until blended (do not over-process or mixture will be thin). Add strawberries and almond extract; process just until blended. Cover and chill at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld, the spread to thicken, and the almond paste to soften.

Makes about 1⅓ cups, serving size: 2 tablespoons, about 10 & ½ servingsI recommend Philadelphia brand cream cheese.Cream cheese spread will be a little lumpy at first from the almond paste. That will soften as it sits.I also like to leave the strawberries a little chunky so you can see them, but if you prefer smoother, just blend longer in the food processor.Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
