Just 3 ingredients to make these creepy fun Bandaid Cookies. They make a cute treat for Halloween or April Fool’s Day. Kids and adults will laugh and cringe at these easy to make cookies! Serve with a box of bandaids to really creep people out.
Lay the cookies out on parchment paper, a plate, or a rimmed baking tray.
Using a butter knife, place about ¼ teaspoon white frosting directly in the middle of each cookie. Gently spread it to make a square about 1-inch in size. You can use the lines on the cookie to line up your square.
Place a small dot of strawberry jelly right in the middle of the frosted square.
There’s no set amount or jelly that you have to do, but you don’t want the jelly to consume the frosting. You want to make it look like a dot of blood on a bandaid.
Serve the cookies immediately.
Notes
The Great Value brand from Walmart is a great option for these cookies, because the color is closer to the average bandaids. Plus, you can make a lot for very cheap. Win-win!It takes a very little amount of frosting and jelly to make each cookie, so you’ll easily have enough to do multiple packages of cookies if you buy average size jars of frosting and jelly. You do not need to wait for the frosting to dry to add the jelly. These really don't keep well. They will get soggy from the wet ingredients. So only make enough to be eaten at the party.
