Place milk in a small saucepan and heat on low until hot but not boiling. Stir in the cinnamon, ginger, and honey until well mixed. Sip to soothe.
Or, place all ingredients in a microwave safe cup and microwave on high for 1-1 ½ minutes (microwave times will vary), or until hot. Stir, and sip.

I've found that a milk frother is great for mixing the spices into the drink, especially if you're microwaving it.As you sip the drink, the spices may settle to the bottom of the cup. Simply swirl the cup as you drink to keep those spices flowing. I’ve made this with all kinds of milks, and a whole bunch of brands of milks. Please note that a thinner milk may make the taste of the drink a bit spicier than a thicker creamier milk.
