Start by placing the tomato slices down on the serving platter, top with a fresh basil leaf, and place the sliced fresh mozzarella on top. Top each stack with a big spoonful of Guacamole. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper, salt, and a little finely chopped basil. Spear with a fancy toothpick if desired.
