So delicious and so filled with lavender flavor, this Iced Lavender Latte will be a favorite, and you’ll save lots of money making these at home rather than going to the coffee shop.
Add just a bit of boiling water to the brown sugar and stir to dissolve.
Add the coffee and lavender extract and stir to make sure the sugar mixes in well. Add the ice to almost the top of the glass.
Shake the heavy cream in the container, a mason jar, or a cocktail shaker vigorously for about 10 seconds to get it nice and foamy.
Add cold foam cream into the glass, stir until blended.
Notes
You can also make it “upside down” and add the cream first, then the coffee and ice so that it stirs itself a bit as you add the coffee.Use your favorite brewing method for the coffee. French press, cold brew, drip, pour over, even espresso. Your choice, you just want to make sure it’s nice and strong.Feel free to use more or less sugar, your favorite kind of sweetener, or more or less coffee.
