With just 4 ingredients, this Nutella Cottage Cheese Pudding comes together in a snap! It has the flavors of hazelnuts and chocolate in a rich creamy dessert with no guilt, low sugar, and lots of protein.
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender, and blend until very smooth, scraping down the sides once or twice.
Divide pudding between 2 serving dishes, about 1/3 cup each.
Pudding will thicken as it sits in the fridge.
Notes
For the Salted Caramel Cottage Cheese Pudding: swap in 1/4 cup good quality salted caramel sauce instead of the Nutella. Sprinkle tops of pudding with Sea Salt.
