Combine first three ingredients in a glass and stir gently to combine. Add ice, top up with carbonated water to taste. Serve in a rocks glass and garnish with a lime twist and a sprig of culinary lavender.
Notes
This recipe makes a single cocktail and works beautifully with either homemade lavender simple syrup or store-bought lavender simple syrup. Feel free to adjust the amount of simple syrup to your preferred sweetness. The drink can also be shaken in a martini shaker if you prefer.
