about 9 ounces

small leaves baby arugula
Instructions
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in bowl until uniform, then stir in shallot, capers, and chives.
1 tablespoon cream cheese,
1 tablespoon sour cream,
½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice,
Pinch table salt,
Pinch pepper,
1 teaspoon minced shallot,
1 teaspoon capers,
1 teaspoon minced fresh chives or dill
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly, about 1 teaspoon per slice, over slices of salmon.
9 thin slices smoked salmon
Roll salmon around cream cheese mixture. Transfer salmon rolls to airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
When ready to serve, slice each salmon roll in half with sharp knife. Stand each roll on its cut end, garnish with arugula leaf, and serve.
