Budget

I think watching your finances can be a difficult thing. Many years ago I started looking at meals, and how they could affect my costs. I started working on budget-friendly recipes, and gathering them up in one place.

Being on a tight-budget doesn’t mean you have to skimp on taste or nutrition!

Cooking on the cheap: ideas for budget-friendly foods: meals, snacks, and other yummy things!

Look for things on sale too. My grocery store has a big bag of shrimp on sale most every Friday for $5. That makes homemade shrimp a really good deal. Try My Air Fryer Kung Pao Shrimp!

Beans and lentils are great proteins to help stay in track. Try my Lentil Tacos, Vegetarian Tamale Pie, Chili Mac, or Mexican Veggie Bake.
