Irish blessing
May you have warm words on a cold evening,
a full moon on a dark night,
and the road downhill all the way to your door.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day
And, in my glass tomorrow, you’ll probably find a Kiss of the Irish Coffee.
Serve this fun drink with some Irish Potato Soup and a Leprechaun Muffin for a fun and festive dinner.
Heck, you could even host a whiskey tasting party.
May your troubles be less,
And your blessing be more.
And nothing but happiness,
Come through your door.

I couldn’t wait this year for a cup of Irish coffee and now I’m convinced I should enjoy them more often! I didn’t add the green coloring to the whipped cream, but that didn’t take away from my decadent festive drink!
