Seafood recipes

I love seafood. It's so easy to cook, and I don't think many people realize just how quick cooking it truly is.

From salmon, to shrimp, to halibut, to scallops, we have lots of seafood recipes for you to enjoy. I work with the wonderful tuna company, Island Trollers, so you'll find many tuna recipes as well.

I really can't say enough good stuff about fish and shellfish, how easy it is to cook and how good it is for you.

Make sure to check out some of my favorite recipes like Parmesan Baked Halibut, Vanilla Dusted Scallops, Cajun Seafood Chowder, and Garlic Parmesan Shrimp over Roasted Squash.
