Vegetarian Recipes

I've been a vegetarian for over 30 years now (of course I have added fish to my diet recently). So, I know a lot of eating and making vegetarian dishes!

Back when I became vegetarian there weren't as many offerings as there are now, so I had to learn to cook. Here on Life currents Blog I share many of the recipes I started making all those years ago. Plus I share many new ones I come up with.

I have many favorites, and really wouldn't be able to list them all here, but do be sure to check out my Vegetarian Pot Pie, Crock Pot Chili, and my Holiday Stuffing.
