Sauces, Condiments, and Preserves

I think that a great sauce can make the meal! Turn it from hum-drum to WOW! So I've worked hard on creating some wonderful sauces for you!

The question I get the most often about cooking is how to make tasty and healthy sauces. Take a look through some of these ideas for different flavors and textures.

They can be used on pasta, mashed potatoes, veggies, proteins like steaks or chicken, seafood, or tofu. And many of these recipes make a big batch so you can keep it in your fridge or freezer.

And remember, jams can make great sauces too just by thinning with a little broth or water.

Though I love them all, some of my favorites are Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce, Blue Cheese Spinach Walnut Sauce, and Orange Basil Cream Sauce. We make the Easy Enchilada Sauce and the Pizza Sauce ALL the time around my house!
