Lunch

Lunch gets us through the day. It sustains us, and keeps us mentally focused. So, lunch should be good for you as well as tasty.

These recipes are great for a nice lunch that you might take to work or school, but they are also great when you work from home.

Many lunches can be made ahead and either reheated at the office, or simply eaten cold.

Some of my most popular recipes for your lunch bag are:

  • Three Cheese Pesto and Avocado Grilled Cheese
  • Black Bean Sweet Potato Enchiladas
  • Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad
  • Guacamole and Tuna Stuffed Avocado
